Decolier
Decoiler is the important equipment of front preparation in welding pipe mill line,maily used to hold steel strip to make coils unfold, supplying raw material for the production line. Decoiler also need be coordinated to use with coil loading car and end straightener in welded tube production, guiding the steel strip into the flatten to carry on levelling, the brake way of the entrire line in linkage controlling, so that it guaranteed steel strip not to loose in the production process. The Decoiler is made by the outer diameter, the width, wall thickness and the weight of the steel strip including double mandrel type, single mandrel type and double cone type.
Pinching leveller
Flattening machine is used to flatten the tip of the steel strip out of the decoiler,makin g easy to cut and weld the irregular parts of the strip.This unit is mainly used to straighten the steel strip of large width and thickness ,usually in the condition that it can not be complete d by manual.
Automatic shearing and butt-welder
Automatic butt welder is the main assist equipment in the pipe line,used tu cut off the irregular tips of the steel strip and weld the former coil and the latter coil together,making sure that the production is continuous.We can choose manual shear or hydraulic shear based on the thickness of the steel strip.Welding way can be artificial welding or automatic welding.
Horizontal/cage spiral loop
The accumulator is a strip strong unit in the longitudinally welded pipe and formed section production.It stores certain amount of strip and lesves time for the shear welded to shear and seld the ends to the strips.The uninterrupted fluent production is thus guaranteed.lt/s one of the main machines in the modern pipe mill line and formed section line.
Flat chamfering machine
Chamfering machine is the special equipment for milling and chamfering the tips of the steel pipe,which is used to shape the steel pipe or meet the special demand of the customers
Chamfering machine can be divided into full auto chamfering machine and semi-auto chamfering machine.
Straightener
Straightener is the finishing equipment in the welded steel pipe production line,used to straighten the steel pipe,clearing the longitudinal bend of the pipe and the out of round of the lateral profile after welding
Pipe Packing machine
With the different specifications, length of steel pipe,through taking, counting, feeding device,automatic pallet into hexagonal or square, and then through the automatic strapping machine tied to shape.The equipment running smoothly, without artificial unattended
Hydraulic testing machine
